Standing Grounded

An armed neighborhood watch captain fatally shoots an unarmed, hoodie-wearing black teen, Trayvon Martin.  Instead of “Stand Your Ground”  should there have been “Ground Your Anger” or “Stand Above Your Bias” or even “Stand Grounded in Patience and Understanding”. What could have been done differently?  What good will come out of this awful incident?
